Basement: ちかいちかい (chikai chikai)
1st floor: いっかい (ikkai)
2nd floor: にかい (nikai)
3rd floor: さんがい (sangai)
4th floor: よんかい (yonkai)
5th floor: ごかい (gokai)
6th floor: ろっかい (rokukai)
7th floor: ななかい (nanakai)
8th floor: はっかい (hakkai)
9th floor: きゅうかい (kyuukai)
10th floor: じゅっかい (jukkai)
11th floor: じゅういっかい (juuikkai)
12th floor: じゅうにかい (juunikai)
13th floor: じゅうさんかい (juusangai)
Note that "かい" (kai) is the word for "floor" in Japanese, and is written as "がい" (gai) in the 3rd floor to avoid pronunciation ambiguity. Also, as mentioned earlier, "ちかい" (chikai) means "basement" in Japanese.
